Receive, print out and retain the confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your registration from us via e-mail. This confirmation also serves as your warranty certificate. Please print out the document and keep it together with your proof of purchase. If a service is required, both documents need to be sent in to us..

What to do if service is required?
Please send the defective Pentamix 3 mixing unit together with the warranty certificate and your proof of purchase to Suomen 3M Oy, 3M ESPE Hammashoitotuotteet, Lars Sonckin kaari 6, 02600 Espoo. 3M ESPE will send your Pentamix 3 mixing unit back to you immediately after repair.
